The Family Man 3 Review: most awaited series of india

November 21,2025The Family Man 3, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video, returns after a long wait—and it wastes no time throwing viewers back into the chaos that has defined Srikant Tiwari’s world. Picking up exactly where Season 2 concluded, the new season dives straight into a high-stakes national security crisis brewing in the Northeast, with serial blasts, political tension, and insurgent undercurrents setting the tone for a packed, adrenaline-heavy narrative.

The Family Man Season 3 is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video (released on 21 November 2025).

What is it about?

Srikant Tiwari (Manoj Bajpayee) is back as the funny, tired, and clever spy. This time the story is mostly in Northeast India (Nagaland and nearby areas).
A big peace agreement is about to be signed between Naga rebel groups and the Indian government, but someone attacks it. India thinks China is behind the trouble.

The Prime Minister (played by Seema Biswas) wants to look strong and make her big development plan “Project Sahakar” successful.

The Good Things

  • The very first scene (a long single shot) is excellent and exciting.
  • Manoj Bajpayee is still brilliant and funny as Srikant. His “dad jokes” and confused face make us laugh.
  • Sharib Hashmi (JK), Priyamani (Suchitra), and the kids are very good.
  • The family scenes feel real – fights with wife, trying to be cool with teenage children, money problems, etc.
  • Action and camera work are top-class.

The Not-So-Good Things

  • The season has only 7 episodes, but each is 50–54 minutes long → feels too stretched and slow in the middle.
  • Too many twists and double-crosses – sometimes it’s hard to remember who is on which side.
  • The big face-off between Manoj Bajpayee and Jaideep Ahlawat (the new villain) should have been amazing, but it feels weak and ordinary.
  • Many parts feel similar to earlier seasons and even to Paatal Lok (another Prime Video show).

New Characters

  • Jaideep Ahlawat – plays a tough Naga ex-soldier turned criminal. He is very good.
  • Nimrat Kaur – plays a smart and stylish “fixer”.
  • Gul Panag – returns as the tough army officer Saloni.

Final Words

The Family Man 3 is still enjoyable because of Manoj Bajpayee and the family comedy, but it is the weakest season so far. It feels a little tired and too long.

The ending clearly shows there will be a Season 4 (and Jaideep Ahlawat will probably come back).

Watch it if you love Srikant Tiwari and the old team.
Skip or wait if you want something fresh and fast.

Simple verdict: Good, but not great. Watch it for Manoj Bajpayee, not for a mind-blowing story.
