Kathmandu, Nepal |10 sept.

– In the wake of fierce protests that have rocked Nepal’s capital, the army has taken to the streets to restore order. Thousands of demonstrators flooded Kathmandu, initially protesting a government ban on 26 social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Over 20 people have died since Monday’s escalation. On Wednesday, the city appeared calm under heavy military presence.
