California-based startup Figure AI has unveiled Figure 03, a next-generation humanoid robot designed to revolutionize home automation. From folding laundry to washing dishes, this AI-powered assistant aims to make everyday chores a thing of the past.
What is Figure 03?

Figure 03 is a general-purpose humanoid robot built for everyday household tasks. The company calls it a robot designed “for the home and the world,” capable of performing chores such as:
– Watering plants
– Tidying rooms
– Serving food
– Washing dishes
– Folding clothes
Standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 61 kilograms, Figure 03 is built at human scale, making it suitable for navigating homes efficiently.
Advanced AI and Vision System
One of Figure 03’s biggest upgrades is its state-of-the-art vision and sensory system:
– Next-generation vision system for high-frequency visuomotor control
– New camera architecture that doubles frame rates, reduces latency to one-fourth, and provides a 60% wider field of view
– Expanded depth of field for navigating cluttered spaces
– Palm camera for close-range visual feedback when grasping objects
This technology allows Figure 03 to intelligently operate in complex environments, from messy kitchens to crowded living rooms.

Hands That Can Truly Feel
Figure 03’s adaptive hands are another standout feature:
– Softer fingertips for better surface contact
– Sensors detect forces as small as three grams
– Capable of handling objects as tiny as a paperclip
These innovations allow the robot to handle delicate items safely and efficiently—a major step ahead of earlier household robots.
Continuous Learning AI
Unlike pre-programmed robots, Figure 03 learns from human interaction. Powered by Helix, Figure AI’s proprietary AI system, the robot can:
– Observe and execute actions in real-time
– Adapt to different home layouts and environments
– Continuously improve performance without scripts
The company has moved away from using third-party AI models, relying instead on its own in-house technology for smarter, faster learning.

Battery Life and Charging
– Wireless charging stand for easy power-ups
– Up to 5 hours of autonomous operation on a single charge
– Designed to handle multiple household tasks before needing a recharge
Availability and Cost
While Figure AI has not revealed exact pricing or release dates, the company promises that Figure 03 will have a lower manufacturing cost than previous models, signaling potential affordability for households in the near future.
CEO Brett Adcock told Time magazine:
“We want the robot to be able to do most things in your home, autonomously, all day… We’re not there yet. We think we can get there in 2026, but it’s a big push.”
Why Figure 03 is a Game-Changer
Figure 03 isn’t just a fancy gadget—it’s a glimpse into the future of AI-powered home assistants:
– Automates repetitive chores, saving time and effort
– Learns and adapts like a human assistant
– Integrates safely into cluttered home environments
– Redefines what a “smart home” can do
With its advanced AI, sensitive hands, and human-like capabilities, Figure 03 could reshape domestic life, turning household labor into a seamless partnership between humans and robots.
The Future of Home Robots
As AI technology continues to evolve, humanoid robots like Figure 03 may soon become a standard feature in homes, assisting with chores, caregiving, and even personal tasks. The combination of adaptive AI, high-precision sensors, and practical design makes Figure 03 one of the most promising household robots on the market.
While the dream of fully autonomous home robots is still a few years away, Figure AI’s latest humanoid demonstrates that the future of living with intelligent machines is closer than ever.

Who needs a government shutdown when you can have a robot that folds laundry? Figure 03 sounds like the answer to my prayers – finally, someone to argue with about the optimal way to fold a fitted sheet. Im all for AI revolutionizing chores, but I wonder if itll develop its own political opinions. Maybe itll start demanding 100% tariffs on socks. Cant wait to see if it learns to make a good martini – or if itll be another National Security Menace like Lisa Monaco. 2026 cant come soon enough!hẹn giờ online
